Account email, password hashes, Robot ID serial numbers, private documents, messages, and service costs are used to operate the account that created them.
Public Robot ID pages omit serial numbers, owner contact details, private documents, and service costs. Owners choose whether service history, incidents, and ownership intervals are public.
Product analytics stores event names and short, validated fields such as a catalog slug or a redacted search. It does not store passwords, message text, serial numbers, or private documents.
Email and browser push are sent only when those channels are configured and the user has an address or an opted-in device. SMS is not used.
